The privacy policy is a binding undertaking by J&J Compliance Consulting Group about the handling of personal data. It is written and approved by them rather than generated, and it will replace this page in full before launch.

Who we are: The legal entity responsible for your data, and how to reach it.
What we collect: Account details, the questions you ask, your query history, saved queries and bookmarks, billing information held by our payment processor, and technical logs.
Why we hold it: Providing the service, maintaining the audit trail that makes every answer reconstructable, billing, and security.
Query and audit retention: Every query is logged with its retrieval set, model version and verification outcome, and retained for 24 months as compliance evidence. Clearing your own history does not clear that record.
Payment data: Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our systems. We hold only a customer reference and the last four digits.
Who else sees it: Processors and sub-processors, and what each is used for.
Your rights: Access, correction, deletion, portability, and how to exercise them.
