Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancelling is as easy as subscribing.
Subscriptions are managed by you, from your own account, without contacting us.

- How to cancel
- Open the billing portal from Settings in 21 Regulus AI and cancel there. Cancellation is available in the same number of steps it took to subscribe. There is no phone requirement, no email requirement, and no retention process that blocks you from leaving.
- When access ends
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full access until that date; you are not charged again.
- Your saved work
- Cancelling does not delete your account, saved queries, bookmarks or query history.
Refunds
What happens when a refund is issued.
- Effect of a refund
- A refund revokes access to the plan it relates to. This happens automatically when the refund is processed - no separate step is required from you or from us.
- Refund eligibility
- The circumstances in which a refund is granted, and any time limit that applies, are not yet published. Contact us and the request will be answered directly.
- Credits are not refundable separately
- Credits are part of a plan rather than a separate purchase. Unused credits carry forward into the following period, and do not have a cash value or a refund value.
Renewal
What renews, and when you are told.
- Automatic renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annually, at the price shown when you subscribed. The exact amount, the frequency and the first renewal date are stated next to the purchase button before you buy, and repeated in the confirmation email.
- Failed payment
- If a payment fails you are notified immediately and keep full access for seven days while it is retried. If it is still unpaid after that, access is suspended rather than deleted, and is restored automatically once payment succeeds.
- Price changes
- Terms may be amended or discontinued at any point. Any change to the price of an existing subscription is notified before it takes effect.
Audit the platform before you adopt it.
Put to 21 Regulus AI a question to which you already know the answer, in an area in which you have practised for years. Follow the citation to the official text. Confirm the response against the source. This is the standard to which the platform was constructed, and the only demonstration that carries weight with a professional audience.
